The Last Witch Hunter

Bridge of Spies

It is 1957, and the Cold War holds the world in its icy grip. In New York City, Rudolf Abel (Rylance) is arrested and charged with being a Soviet spy, and lawyer James B. Donovan (Hanks) is assigned to represent him in court. An honest man, Donovan fights all the way to the Supreme Court on behalf of his client, despite public outrage and threats issued by masses of people swept up in the hysteria of the red menace. Meanwhile, a spy plane piloted by Francis Gary Powers (Stowell) is shot down over the Soviet Union, and with an American spy now in their custody, the Soviets approach Donovan to negotiate an exchange of prisoners.

Freeheld

Laurel Hester (Moore) is a lesbian police officer in New Jersey who is diagnosed with terminal cancer. With little time left to live, she embarks on the fight of her life to ensure that her pension benefits will pass on to her domestic partner, Stacie (Page). Despite the support of a state advocacy organization and her friend and partner, Lieut. Dane Wells (Shannon), the county board of freeholders refuses to alter their policy, setting off a fight for equality that would immortalize Hester and her struggle.

Criminal Minds, on CBS

Some of the country’s most brilliant minds try to prevent violent crimes by analyzing dangerous minds in this rebroadcast. Starring Thomas Gibson, Joe Mantegna and Shemar Moore, the hit drama recently welcomed Aisha Tyler in a recurring role.

The Bold and the Beautiful

Wyatt and Steffy continue to grow closer as the two catch waves in the California surf together. Quinn sets the wheels if her in motion with Liam and sends a text to Steffy from his phone. Quinn uses Liam's current condition to her full advantage. Later, Wyatt gives Steffy a significant gift, and he encourages her to face her fears and move on with her life. When Liam can't stop thinking that he is forgetting someone who needs him, Quinn quickly covers. Meanwhile, Bill and Brooke continue to fight their mutual desire. Soon, Katie is crushed under the weight of Brooke and Bill's most recent betrayal. During a heated confrontation, Katie physically attacks Brooke. Then, Katie makes clear to Bill exactly what needs to happen in their marriage. Eric pays Bill a visit to discuss the consequences of the current crisis between Katie and Brooke.

Days of Our Lives

When Steve realizes Kayla is missing, he angrily confronts Ava. Ava uses Kayla as leverage to force Steve's hand. Andre discovers Hope's secret and vows revenge. Later, Andre breaks into Hope's house as part of his plot. Ciara invites Rafe to join her, Chase and Hope on a family getaway. Rafe and Hope share a warm moment, while a drunk Joey causes a scene at Ciara's get-together. Abe becomes concerned when he learns that Theo has feelings for Ciara. Abigail isn't happy when Chad offers a surprising suggestion regarding where they should live. Belle confronts Eve for interfering with Claire, while Victor puts Deimos to the test. Eric is arrested upon being released from the hospital. Nicole, Chloe and Parker struggle with their grief on the day of Daniel's funeral. Eric chooses not to attend, but finds another way to pay tribute to his friend. Melanie runs into Brady and Theresa before she leaves town. Nicole lashes out at Eric, who is consumed with guilt.

General Hospital

Jason has second thoughts about a decision he made about recovering more of his memories. Later, Jake doesn't react well to Jason's news. Tracy unexpectedly runs into a familiar face while vacationing. Hayden moves outside of her comfort zone and takes a leap of faith. Valerie draws a line in the sand with Dante, while Dillon offers Lulu his full support. Later, Lulu turns to Maxie and Olivia to help her save her troubled marriage. Carly rushes into Sonny's arms with good reason. Carlos comes through for Sabrina while Robert and Anna close in on them. Morgan turns down a good time.

The Young and the Restless

Sage is relieved when she and Nick both reach the conclusion that something isn't right with Dr. Anderson. When Sage finds Dr. Anderson with Nick at the GCAC, she finds out Dr. Anderson wants to have her committed. Nick eventually places the blame for Sage's condition on Adam. Ashley continues to worry about the pain her family will suffer if Simon isn't able to cure her. With their relationship starting to improve, Abby shows up at the lab with Max, and he is fascinated with the place. However, Abby confides in Ashley that she fears Max could cause problems in her marriage. When Abby and Max leave, Ashley pulls Simon into a kiss. Chelsea is furious when she learns from Marisa that Adam is working with Luca to take down their fathers. Meanwhile, Luca asks Adam when he will have incriminating information about Victor. Later, Adam tells Chelsea the truth: that he is actually working with Victor to destroy Luca and his family.

Q: I watched "Love Actually" over Christmas this year (as I always do), and I was wondering: Was Martin Freeman actually nude for his scenes? It really does seem like it.
