After Donnie defeats a well-known local fighter, word begins to spread about his skill and his legendary trainer. Soon enough, he's contacted by "Pretty" Ricky Conlan (Bellew), the light heavyweight champion, who's on the brink of retirement and wants to make Donnie his last fight.

The Night Before
After Ethan's (Gordon-Levitt) parents die in a car accident a few days before Christmas, his two best friends, Isaac (Rogen) and Chris (Mackie), take him barhopping around New York City on Christmas Eve to help cheer him up. It becomes an annual tradition, and after a decade and a half of spending the night before Christmas partying and scouring the city for an elusive and exclusive party, the trio finally decides to accept that they've grown up and end the tradition. When Ethan finds tickets to the secret party they've sought for years, though, the three set out for a final Christmas Eve blowout.
