The Bold and the Beautiful

Nicole becomes jealous of Sasha and Zende working together. When Rick sees how much Sasha helped Zende during his last photo shoot, he offers her a position at the company; Sasha, however, has her eye on more than just a job at Forrester Creations. Nicole attempts to hide her jealousy when she hears the news, but ends up confronting Rick about his hiring decision. Because of the great sacrifice Nicole is making for Rick and Maya, Rick makes a sacrifice of his own. Later, Sasha's hopes are crushed when she receives bad news about her position. Meanwhile, Wyatt realizes who the perfect girl for him has been all along as he commiserates with Steffy over their respective flawed relationships. Eric and Quinn discuss how the Forrester Creations jewelry line will function with Ivy in Australia. Miscommunication and an unfortunate misunderstanding cause Liam to make a drastic decision. As Brooke begins her first day working with Bill and Katie at Spencer Publications, the tension between her and Bill is palpable. Katie expresses confidence in her sister's loyalty when Rick questions her about how she feels about Brooke working so closely with Bill.

Days of Our Lives

Nicole angrily blasts Eric, blaming him for Daniel's death. Victor tries to comfort Maggie as she struggles with her grief. Melanie returns to Salem to help plan her father's funeral, while Nicole continues to have a difficult time dealing with the loss. Eric is riddled with guilt over his actions, while Jennifer does her best to hide the pain she's suffering. Chad makes a proposal to Abigail. Andre learns the truth about Chad, and then grows suspicious of Hope. Rafe offers his help to a traumatized Hope and he risks it all to protect her. After an intense encounter with Eric, Brady has a strange dream involving Nicole. Eduardo gives John some important information about his mother. Kayla and Ava face off. Victor reacts strangely when Caroline tells him about another disturbing vision she had about him.

General Hospital

Liz and Jake arrive home to something frightening. Despite their mounting trust issues, Nikolas and Hayden's feelings for one another grow. Anna uses her investigative skills to get information from Sabrina. After Anna tells Jordan about her theory about Paul, she seeks out help from Robert. After Morgan gets a little closer to Kiki, he attends a therapy session with Andre. Carly helps Sam with Jason's case, while Sonny dismisses his new doctor. Lulu struggles with her guilt after conspiring with Johnny. Meanwhile, Valerie unknowingly helps out the wrong person. Soon, Dante finds some incriminating photos at the police station. Michael gets a letter from Sabrina, while Maxie assists Nathan with his investigation.

The Young and the Restless

Tensions rise at Newman between Noah, Luca and Marisa. Victor urges Noah to keep his cool and stick to their plan. Michael delivers some surprising news to Jack. Lily slaps Hilary when she confronts her about her treatment of Devon, while Devon tells Cane he can't bring himself to walk away from Hilary. Lily learns from Cane that he isn't quite ready to move forward with their relationship. When Victor finds out Nikki has gone on a lunch date with Neil, he scolds her and tells her she should be focusing on her family and not her friendship with Neil instead.

If you haven't seen "Agent Carter," it would be easy to dismiss it as just another drop in the sea of Marvel's ever-growing television and film endeavors. As fans of the show -- and critics, for that matter -- will tell you, though, this is one Marvel series you shouldn't dismiss.

Q: Has the girl who played Amy Pond in "Doctor Who" done anything else since?

Quite a bit. Indeed, Karen Gillan's career can be pretty neatly divided into pre- and post-"Doctor Who" phases, and the post phase has been a lot busier.

After being discharged by "Doctor Who" in 2012, she starred in another TV show and appeared in a number of films, one of which happened to be the second-highest grossing film of 2014.

Q: Several of the presidential front-runners are appearing in TV shows like "Saturday Night Live" and "The View." Is this a new trend, or have I just never noticed?

I would argue that it is a new trend, but not a new phenomenon.

The phenomenon actually dates back to a young senator and presidential hopeful named John F. Kennedy, who appeared in "The Tonight Show" back in 1960 when it was hosted by Jack Paar.

That was a pretty serious affair, though, and didn't look much different than an appearance on a political show would.

The Little Couple, on TLC

Bill Klein and Jen Arnold invite viewers into their lives once again in this new episode. Both under four feet tall, Bill and Jen face many challenges in an average-sized world, but that doesn't stop them from living life to the fullest with their two kids.

Q: Is Elliott Gould still working?

As hard as ever, but he's all over the place, so you may have missed him. Indeed, it's possible that you've just been looking for the big-screen great in the wrong places -- that is, on the big screen. He's taken a TV turn lately.

Late Laughs for the week of January 10 - 16, 2016

I’ve got a few things I’d do differently if I could go back and live life over again. Surely we’ve all thought about it: starting fresh, yet with the knowledge and experience of the years we’ve already lived. It’s a compelling prospect, and the more mistakes you’ve made, the better it sounds.
