Later, Chelsea questions Sharon about whether she feels Dylan's new position will change their relationship. Jack confesses to Phyllis that he blames himself for Billy's condition. When Billy wakes up, he tries to remember details of the accident and asks Victoria if Adam is responsible. Meanwhile, Noah informs Victor that he can't handle the pressure of keeping his secret and will confess to the police that he was the one who hit Billy with his car.
