She's not off the planet. If anything, she's on more of it.
In 2012, Sabrina Lloyd walked away from her acting career and into a life of wandering the globe with her husband, who works for the UN, and her growing family.
According to her Instagram account and her blog (MotheringAroundTheWorld.com), she's currently in Kenya, but she's taken the long road to get there. She and her husband left New York for Uganda, where they adopted their first child. They then moved to Rome, where they had a second child. From there they went back to Uganda, then to an island in the American Pacific Northwest and then on to Kenya, where they've settled for the moment (though, as she points out frequently on her blog, that can always change when the next challenge/adventure comes along).
It's quite a change from the life of a full-time actor, which generally roots you in either New York or L.A.
The most recent credit of hers that you mention is the mystery series "Numb3rs," which she did in 2005. If that's the last thing of hers you've seen, you have some catching up to do.
She refocused her career on film after that, appearing in five features before calling it quits: "The Last Request" (2006), "Racing Daylight" (2007), "Universal Signs" (2008), "Hello Lonesome" (2010) and "The Pretty One" (2013).
