Jupiter Ascending
The planet Earth holds a secret: humanity was seeded on its surface by a race of aliens who plan to eventually return to "harvest" us for their own nefarious purposes. Jupiter Jones (Kunis) lives a seemingly ordinary life until she is attacked by aliens who seem intent on targeting and killing her. She is saved by Caine (Tatum), a former soldier, and is led to discover her destiny as the heiress of an unbelievably ancient alien noble line. With alien rivals out to take her life, and their destructive industry threatening the entire planet, Jupiter teams up with Caine to save Earth.

Nicky Spurgeon (Smith) is an accomplished con man who agrees to mentor Jess (Robbie), an inexperienced grifter, after he easily sees through her attempts to con him. As they work closely together, a romantic relationship develops between them, troubling Nicky, who's always believed that he should never get involved with someone he works with. Ultimately, he breaks off the relationship and sends her away. Several years later, Nicky takes on a job from a wealthy businessman and discovers that Jess is his new boss's girlfriend. While he works on pulling off a dangerous con, he also finds that his romantic feelings towards Jess are being rekindled.
