The obvious joke would be to say it's been resurrected, so let's not go there and just say it's been renewed instead.

The first season was only eight episodes long, so you likely aren't the only one to be surprised that the most recent episode was a season finale.

The Lunchbox

Saajan (Khan) is reaching the dusk of his life and is soon to retire from his job as a Mumbai office worker. But when he receives a mistaken delivery through the famously efficient lunchbox delivery system, he is unexpectedly connected to Ila (Kaur), a young housewife who intended the meal for her emotionally indifferent husband. When Saajan uncovers an enclosed note from Ila, he decides to write back. Together the two form a magical bond through exchanged notes in the lunchbox.

Afflicted

Two best friends embark on the trip of a lifetime and document their voyage around the world. But after encountering a beautiful Parisian woman, their journey turns into a dark and twisted odyssey when one of the young men is mysteriously hit with an unknown affliction. Before the disease completely consumes him, both friends must race through the foreign land to uncover the source before time runs out.

Scavenger Killers

The legend of Bonnie and Clyde is revived in this modern take of the real-life tale. This fictional depiction of the classic characters centers around an amiable judge and a seductive criminal defense attorney who, in the name of justice, go on a psychotically driven killing spree. As an unlikely duo of FBI agents begin to hunt down the maniacs, the rampage intensifies, different methods of murder are used and the level of brutality never wavers.

The Assets, on ABC
