The Old Testament comes to life in this big-budget adaptation of the Book of Exodus. But the Pharaoh, a man who was once a brother to Moses, refuses to relinquish his grip on the slaves. As a series of plagues descends over Egypt, the Pharaoh's grip on the slaves becomes ever more tenuous.
