TV shows crossing the border from Canada into the United States are far from a new thing, but rarely has one been as critically acclaimed as "Orphan Black," the smart, tense sci-fi thriller that airs on BBC America.
As Sgt. Odelle Ballard (Anna Friel) tries to figure out her next move, corporate litigator Peter Drucker (Peter Facinelli) uncovers evidence of a company’s terrorist connections. The new drama also stars Jake Robinson and Nate Mooney.

Carter is in disbelief at a conversation he overhears between Maya and Nicole. Confused about Maya's secret, Carter questions her as to why she didn't disclose it when they were engaged to be married. Later, Carter feels that Rick has a right to know, so he drops some hints that Maya may not be being completely upfront about her past, but Rick thinks Carter is just acting out because he's still in love with Maya. Meanwhile, Wyatt is worried that Quinn will return to her old ways after finding out about Brooke and Deacon's discussion. Quinn makes Deacon choose once and for all who he wants to be with, and she wastes no time in visiting Brooke to tell her the news. At Forrester Creations, Quinn tries to make things right with her coworkers by giving Rick a gift. Carter pulls Nicole aside during a test photo shoot and tells her he's aware that she's blackmailing Maya. Nicole explains her side of the situation and what she's really hoping to get out of it.
Melanie tries to prove her theory about Theresa, but Brady may unwittingly throw a wrench in her plan. An enraged Jennifer argues with Daniel about JJ's secret, and she ends up declaring that they can no longer be friends. Meanwhile, Eve makes a bold move that could reveal her affair with JJ. Paige makes a stunning discovery in her mother's apartment, and she confronts Eve about it. Stefano gives Chad information about Ben's past, while at the same time Ben seeks Clyde's help regarding his history. Kate gets Lucas to talk about his relationship with Adrienne. Victor tears into Will for betraying Sonny, and he issues a serious threat. Sonny tries to convince Paul that his mother has been lying to him after he finds some shocking information on Will's tablet. Will tries to cover up what really happened between him and Paul when talking to John, while Marlena confronts Tori with what she knows.
Nikolas has some questions regarding Elizabeth's claim about Jake, and he later finds himself in a compromising position. Ric considers telling Elizabeth the truth, but he wonders if she will actually give him another chance. Emma damages Spencer's pride. Jake overhears some information about a plot being set in motion. A furious Michael has a heated confrontation with Kiki and Morgan. Meanwhile, Carly and Sonny grow increasingly concerned over Michael's behavior. Luke makes a desperate plea to someone, while Ned learns the truth behind Olivia being blackmailed. Spinelli isn't sure where he stands with Maxie, while Julian makes an offer to Olivia. Ava reminds Silas that he must keep the promise he made. Later, the future of baby AJ's custody is thrown for a loop.
Avery and Dylan get into a huge fight about Dylan's involvement in helping Sharon, but Dylan insists that he's just being a good friend. Sharon interrupts and tells Dylan that she believes she is being framed for Austin's murder. At the coffeehouse, Devon pleads with Winston to change his mind about Neil. Gabriel makes a comment to Chelsea about Billy and Victoria looking like a happy family. At Chancellor Park with the kids, Victoria tells Billy that she hasn't given up on Stitch. Jack calls the Abbotts together to unite against Victor. Leslie questions Nikki about what happened the day of the accident, but Victor puts a stop to it when he gets home.
A soon-to-be mother-in-law causes problems when she refuses to accept her future daughter-in-law in this episode, which kicks off an afternoon marathon. Other episodes feature an outrageous wedding dress, a lavish Sweet 16 party and more.

CBS tends not to miss very often with its new shows, especially its procedural cop shows, but it does happen. And it looks like it's happened with "Stalker."
CBS has been maintaining a pretty strong renewal average with its new shows for the past few years. This year, three of its four new dramas were renewed for second seasons: "Scorpion," "Madam Secretary," and "NCIS: New Orleans" (which wasn't much of a surprise). That just leaves out "Stalker."
Still reeling from Alvin’s (Kevin Pollak) death, Christy (Anna Faris) and Bonnie (Allison Janney) continue to rely on each other for support. It was recently announced that Emmy winner Jaime Pressly will be joining the cast as a series regular in season 3.
