The Mummy

While on a mission in Iraq's desert, U.S. Army Sgt. Nick Morton (Cruise) stumbles upon an ancient Egyptian tomb. With the help of archeologist Jenny Halsey (Wallis), he begins to explore the ruins, and it isn't long before they uncover a sarcophagus inside a pool of mercury. While they're transporting the artifact to England, deadly supernatural phenomena begin to assail the plane, causing a crash that kills nearly everyone on board, and unleashing upon the world an evil that the ancient Egyptians had sealed away millennia ago.
