His handler, Davis (Johnson), learns that the pathogen was developed as a biological weapon, but after government agents take the massive gorilla into captivity, George escapes and heads to Chicago, where the company that developed the pathogen is emitting a signal to attract the animal. When two other beasts that have also been exposed, a wolf and a crocodile, also arrive in the city, a massive battle breaks out between the three titanic animals and the military forces trying to save the city.
