A member of the Forrester clan returns to the home he left over a year ago.
JJ decides to confess the truth to Jennifer, but Theresa has a surprising reaction to his newfound honesty and later blackmails him. Theo accidentally gives incriminating evidence to Ciara. Will and Sonny get wise to the fact that Sami, Kate and Gabi are keeping a secret. Sonny eavesdrops on a conversation between the three of them and is stunned by what he hears. When Sami and EJ have a blowout over the state of their relationship, EJ tells her she can move out if she no longer loves him. Though Kate is crushed by Rafe's words, she still cares for him and warns Jordan not to hurt him. As Eric endures a painful procedure to prove his innocence, Daniel tries to track down the person who gave Kristen the drug she used to force herself on Eric. Eric asks Nicole for forgiveness, and Marlena isn't happy when she finds the two together. Brady runs into someone he wasn't planning to while trying to score more drugs.

Jill tells Cane she's going after what is rightfully hers and fulfilling what Katherine would have wanted when Cane figures out she's after Victor. Jack offers Devon a leave of absence from Jabot so he can figure out what he really wants to do. Sharon and Chloe prepare a photo shoot with Summer, and when Nick arrives he takes notice of just how grown up Summer is. Victoria tells Victor she doesn't want to be a part of the family if Dylan isn't welcome.
