Q: My wife and I are "NCIS" junkies. We've noticed Pistol Pete on the board behind the new "probie." Is Emily Wickersham an OSU cowgirl, or is someone in production?

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

The sticker of Oklahoma State University mascot Pistol Pete is definitely on the desk of probationary Agent (or "probie") Ellie Bishop for a reason.

The show made a point of saying in her first episode that Bishop is from Oklahoma -- a fact Wickersham has mentioned in interviews as well.

Q: Can you find out if "Cedar Cove" will be coming back on?

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

It will, but in keeping with the small-town life depicted in the series, we've got to be patient.

Season 2 of "Cedar Cove," the Hallmark Channel series based on the popular book series by romance writer Debbie Macomber, will premiere on July 20.

That may seem like a while, but it's actually a year to the day after the first season premiered. The first season had 13 episodes (the last one airing in October), but the network hasn't announced how many will be in season 2.
