Fairy tale funnies: Fairy tales really have found a home on ABC.

"Once Upon a Time" continues to be a big hit for the alphabet network, and although its spinoff, "Once Upon a Time In Wonderland," only lasted a single season, that isn't stopping the launch of a whole new fairy tale.

Simon Baker returns as Patrick Jane, a former con artist who uses his keen observation skills to help the authorities solve crimes, in this season premiere. This marks the final season for the drama, which also stars Robin Tunney as Teresa Lisbon, an agent who works alongside Jane.

The Bold and the Beautiful

Certain that her marriage is over, Caroline is stunned when Rick expresses a strong desire for reconciliation. Envisioning herself as the matriarch of the Logan family, Katie asks Maya what her intentions are toward Rick and then puts Ridge on the spot about the status of their relationship. Eric and Taylor have a conversation about love, loss and what the future may hold for them. As Rick breaks the news to Maya that he can't be with her because he's going to work on his marriage, Ridge tells Caroline that they need to focus on their respective relationships despite the unresolved feelings betwixt them. Everyone, except for Quinn, is invited to Thanksgiving Dinner at the Forrester Mansion. Rick temporarily sets his animosity for Ridge aside for Eric's sake. Hope continues the tradition she started last year in which everyone around the table says something nice about the person next to them. Having been placed strategically around the table, not everyone is enthusiastic about continuing this tradition.

Days of Our Lives

Jordan learns a shocking truth about Kate and soon confronts her about her part in bringing Clyde to Salem. Meanwhile, Clyde participates in his first therapy session with Marlena. Sonny blasts Chad, unsure if he can count on his business partner. Paul shamelessly flirts with Jordan, which Chad witnesses. The recently returned Melanie reunites with Maggie while trying her best to hide a secret. Daniel and Nicole continue to try and resist their intense attraction to one another, but aren't very successful. When Melanie goes to her father's apartment and finds a towel-clad Nicole, she confronts her about her relationship with Daniel. Later, Melanie sets Chad straight about a few things before having a revealing encounter with Ben. Sonny is a hit with a big shocker, while Rafe turns to Marlena for help.

General Hospital

Carly nurses a broken heart after the tumultuous ups and downs of the recent past. Jordan is under intense pressure to somehow dig up the truth about the Jerome boss. Meanwhile, Anna is caught off guard and is later confronted by Duke. Still adjusting to life in Port Charles after emerging from the sack left outside the Quartermaine mansion, Larry Ashton hides a secret. Julian and Alexis run into someone they never expected to. Sonny turns to Duke for a favor. As the residents of Port Charles enjoy Thanksgiving festivities with family and friends, Jake is met with a strange encounter.

The Young and the Restless

Nick plans to leave town in order to get some space from Sharon. Victor is disappointed with his son's decision, and he tells Nick he needs to stop running from his problems. Adam tries to regain his strength so he can return to Genoa City, but Sage urges him to take things slowly. Later, Adam suffers a nightmare and screams out Chelsea's name. Kelly learns from Stitch the truth about Maureen and their father and encourages Stitch to move on with his life. Ashley tells Billy he's fooling himself into believing he's not still in love with Victoria. Chelsea overhears and confronts Billy, who admits that he'll always have a connection to Victoria just as Chelsea will always be connected with Adam in some way. Away from prying eyes, Devon and Hilary engage in a romantic dance in the Jabot office. At Thanksgiving Dinner later on, Devon and Hilary worry about knowledge Colin has about their affair.

The film you're looking for is 1949's "Lust for Gold." Though the DVD version, released just a few years ago, seems to be out of print now, you can still find it if you're willing to hunt.

The film was very loosely based on the true story of treasure hunter Barry Storm and his 1945 autobiography "Thunder Gods Gold." Indeed, the film comes with a prologue in which the governor of Arizona attests to the "true facts" behind the film.
