I'm going to assume you don't mean "bring back" as in renew, since both shows have been off the air for decades. That leaves either bring back in reruns or in reboots.
In terms of reruns, it's hard to say, but both have been kicking around on the cable channels for a while -- MeTV, for example, has been airing "Petticoat Junction" recently, and Antenna TV has been airing "Green Acres."
