It seems that most of the stars have been taking a bit of a, well, break. But that seems poised to change.

The show's two leads, Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell, have been relatively quiet since then, but both will be quite a bit more visible starting later this year.

Miller's only screen appearance since the end of "Prison Break" in the summer of last year was in a single episode of NBC's "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" the following September.

However, in the interim, he's been working on a fairly big project -- a toplining role in "Resident Evil: Afterlife," the new instalment of the successful franchise, adapted from the even more successful video games. That one's due out in September.

Interestingly, it will co-star Alex Coates, Miller's former "Prison Break" castmate. Coates has been a fair bit busier -- he's got a role on the FX series "Sons of Anarchy," which he started doing back in 2008, moonlighting while he worked on "Break."

Purcell started out strong -- he appeared in the Joel Schumacher-helmed horror flick "Blood Creek" in the fall of 2009, but also hasn't been seen since.

That will change in early 2011, when he appears on the big screen again in "Straw Dogs," a remake of the 1971 Sam Peckinpah classic.

William Fichtner, who played one-time FBI Agent Alex Mahone on the series, has probably fared the best post-"Prison Break," and is steadily carrying on his hey-it's-that-guy career.

A few short weeks after "Break" finally broke, he was doing a six-episode arc on the hit HBO series "Entourage."

As well, he can be seen on the big screen right now in the Steve Carell-Tina Fey comedy "Date Night," and has already wrapped filming on the indie noir film "The Big Bang." He's currently filming the action-thriller "Drive Angry" with Nicolas Cage.
