Lifetime hasn't announced an official return date yet, but it's definitely coming.

If you were a gambler, the smart money would be on July. Though it has jumped around Lifetime's schedule a bit, seven of the show's 13 seasons so far have premiered in July, including the previous two (note that this only includes the original "Project Runway," not "Project Runway All Stars," which is generally a fall show). Indeed, there hasn't been a summer without "Project Runway" since 2007.

Casting for the new season finished up in March, which might seem like a close cut for a July premiere, but we've seen before that the producers can make it happen. Casting for season 12, for example, didn't end until April, and that season managed to premiere in July.

If you're really aching for a few of co-host Tim Gunn's witticisms in the meantime, you can pick up his new book. "The Natty Professor" was released in March and is subtitled "A master class on mentoring, motivating, and making it work." This sounds a bit like his job on "Project Runway," so it should tide you over nicely.
