Gravel-voiced actor Liev Schreiber has done just about every kind of voice work imaginable -- documentaries, cartoons for adults, video games, TV ads and more.

He actually did a comedy bit for "Jimmy Kimmel Live" that poked fun at his prolific voice output. It showed him recording an "all-purpose public service announcement" that voiced concern for a non-specific problem, so that charities could come in later and "fill in the details." Of course, since it was on Kimmel, the "details" were filled in with problems such as herpes and "bad stuff in Africa."

As for his non-sarcastic voice work, sports fans may recognize Schreiber's voice from HBO's "24/7" series of sports documentaries, mostly focused on boxing. TV watchers have heard his voice in the cult-favorite comedy series "BoJack Horseman" and "Robot Chicken," and history buffs heard him narrate the 2011 documentary special "The Lost Kennedy Home Movies."

He's also voiced a number of TV commercials, such as a series for the Infiniti car company. He explained his willingness to do commercial work in an interview with Bloomberg News: "Coming from a family with no money, I always had my eyes on the prize."

Oddly, one of the few voice genres he hasn't done so far is kids movies, but even that's about to change. He voices the Storm King in "My Little Pony: The Movie," which is currently in post-production, with an anticipated Oct. 6 release date.
