With her public relations agency failing, Edina (Saunders) is desperate for a big break. When she spots supermodel Kate Moss, who she's heard is looking for a new PR agency, at a fashion event, she rushes to introduce herself, but instead clumsily bumps into her, knocking the model off a balcony and into the Thames river. With the model presumed dead and Edina accused of killing her, the latter escapes the media firestorm by fleeing to the south of France with her best friend, Patsy (Lumley). For the pair of self-indulgent ladies, though, lying low is just not in their nature.
Three petty crooks make a living robbing houses that have been secured by Alex's (Minnette) father's security company, but, to their frustration, they barely make enough money to scrape by. When one of them receives a tip about a blind veteran (Lang) who keeps $300,000 in his house, they decide to rob him and split the money between them. Unfortunately for them, what should be a simple burglary turns into a night of terror when they discover that, despite being blind, their target is no easy victim.
After a horrific car accident kills his family, a young boy named Pete (Fegley) becomes lost in the forest, where he is pursued by a pack of hungry wolves. Luckily, he's rescued by a furry green dragon whom he names Elliot, and for the next few years, the creature raises and looks after him. When a group of lumberjacks penetrates deep into Pete's forest home, the boy is injured and taken to a local hospital. Meanwhile, back in the forest, Elliot becomes enraged that his friend has been taken from him.

At Quinn's suggestion, Steffy reaches out to Wyatt to convince him to join the family for the holiday. A distraught Nicole has a difficult time accepting Zende's heartfelt apology. Hoping she'll change her mind, Zende surprises Nicole with a significant romantic gesture. Pam, Charlie, Katie and Brooke endure chaos in the kitchen as they prepare the holiday meal. Sticking with tradition, Steffy asks those at the table to say something kind about the person next to them. The Forresters, Logans and Spencers set aside all of their family and business drama for the day as they come together to celebrate Thanksgiving.

After Abigail confides in Jennifer that she doubts Chad still loves her she attempts to reach out to Chad. Gabi meets Chad, and the two discuss their changing relationship. Lucas and Adrienne's wedding is comes to a halt. Sonny comforts Adrienne and comes up with a way to help his mother solve her dilemma. Joey shares surprising news with Kayla, which causes her to become upset. JJ confesses a secret to Rafe. Kate urges Chad to move on with his life with Gabi. Later, Gabi reveals her decision to Chad. Paul and Steve investigate the Hernandez family shipments. Theo insists to Abe that Valerie is a liar.

Sharon is upset when she learns Nikki invited Dylan to Thanksgiving, but told him not to bring Sharon. Victor is pleased when Dylan turns down the invitation. Later, Victor sets aside his personal issues with Sharon and encourages Faith not to turn her back on her own mother. Despite what Devon wants to cover, Hilary insists they should do a story about Christian. Mariah insists she knew nothing about Sharon's secret when Hilary presses her for information. On Thanksgiving Day, Jill tells Billy they'll be feeding the homeless at Crimson Lights. Esther takes delight in bossing Jill around as they feed the homeless. When Phyllis arrives to volunteer, she tells Billy that Jack is spending Thanksgiving alone.
