If the show had been a runaway hit, the network would certainly have rushed to get DVDs onto shelves, but "Galavant" never had that sort of success. Indeed, its lack of that sort of success is why it was canceled after two short seasons (season 1 had just eight episodes, while season 2 had 10, though ABC burned through them all in the span of one month in 2016).

The virus was stopped by a computer security expert who is only 22 years old. It is incredible. It's the first time a 22-year-old guy has stopped a virus without putting ointment on it.

Technically, "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" is what happened to Joseph Marcell. He was a Shakespearean actor before, and he went back to the stage afterwards.
In fact, he believes it was his stage work that got him the job. Primarily based in England, Marcell went on tour with London's Royal Shakespeare Company in the early '90s. He recently told British newspaper the Mirror that the "Fresh Prince" casting agents saw him at a show in Los Angeles and were impressed.
