One could say that the woman found "safe haven" in the small town after fleeing the violent scene you describe at the beginning. One could say that because that's the name of the movie.

It's also the name of the book by Nicholas Sparks, on which the film is based (which tells a lot about the kind of movie you're in for -- lovers kept apart, kissing in rainstorms and so on).

How I Met Your Mother, on CBS

The Bold and the Beautiful

Rick is beside himself when he finds Brooke passed out drunk in Eric's living room. Later, Brooke recounts of all her regrets about the past and present to Donna. Meanwhile, Bill solicits advice from Liam on how to win Brooke back. Quinn has designs of her own on Bill and voices to Wyatt that she's not worried about Brooke because she's the wrong woman for him. Thorne becomes concerned for Aly when she confesses to him that she's been speaking to her dead mother, Darla. When Wyatt proposes a new concept for the HFTF line using a life-size cutout of Hope, Aly becomes enraged and the entire team discusses the consequences to the company of changing the message of the line. While Aly and Hope try to come to a resolution, Liam and Wyatt argue about who knows Hope better and which way she'll ultimately decide to go.

Days of Our Lives

Rafe has a violent reaction to finding Jordan with Ben before he discovers the true nature of their relationship. John tries to talk some sense into Brady and plots to rid Theresa from his son's life. Brady seeks more information on Theresa before deciding to take things to the next level with her. Kate stirs up some trouble for Sami and EJ after Sami warns her not to fall for Stefano again. Eric receives disappointing news about his prospects with Nicole. Later, Nicole is suspicious of Marlena's intentions when she unexpectedly tries to reach out to her. Someone catches Nicole in the act as she tries to dispose of the shredded evidence for good. Meanwhile, Kayla is charmed by Aiden, so she asks Hope about him. JJ is surprised to learn that Paige knows much more about him than he thought. Sonny and Will ask Marlena for a special favor for their upcoming wedding. Later, Nick tries to sow seeds of distrust between Will and Sonny.

General Hospital

Tensions rise as Britt and Nikolas' engagement party gets underway. Lulu shocks the party guests with a wild assertion, and soon thereafter, Nikolas completely denounces Britt. Ric is confronted by Alexis regarding his connection to Julian. Julian is offended when Alexis questions him, while Ric shifts his attention to Elizabeth. After Dr. Obrecht issues a threat to Brad to keep him quiet, Dante and Lulu are disgusted by his latest scheme. Dante puts Britt on the spot about Ben, while Nikolas takes off to see Elizabeth. Silas reveals some information about Nina and teams up with Nathan after his apartment is ransacked. Carly discovers the stunning truth about who really shot AJ.

The Young and the Restless

Ian Ward's ex-wife, Willa, offers Dylan and Avery more information about Ian, but only if there is something in it for her. Dylan worries that Willa will try to squeeze some money out of Nikki next, so he sends her packing. Victor learns of the blocked phone call Chelsea received and the warning from Billy to stop looking for Adam. Victor calls his P.I. to investigate Billy and to look into Chelsea's phone records. Neil assures Leslie he is only going out of town on business with Hilary when she worries that he's already begun seeing someone else. During their trip to Los Angeles, Neil and Hilary enjoy a visit to "The Price is Right." Meanwhile, Victor explains to Jack that he's been keeping an eye on Phyllis because he doesn't want Summer to have hope that her mother will wake up if that's not to be the case. Lauren and Lily meet with Chloe and Chelsea about carrying Chelsea's new line in the new Fenmore's boutique that is opening up.
