Meanwhile, Deacon tries to convince Quinn not to meddle in Wyatt's efforts to win Hope back. Rick presses Eric to sign the documents that would complete his takeover of Forrester Creations, but in his capacity as legal counsel, Carter advises Eric not to sign them. Unaware of his son's true motivations, Eric struggles with whether or not to sign, and Carter tips Ridge off as to what's going on. Knowing that she will soon be able to flaunt her relationship with Rick and take her rightful place in the Forrester hierarchy, Maya is forced to bite her tongue during a hostile confrontation with Caroline. Liam and Ivy look forward to their first New Year's Eve as a couple, while Rick instructs Maya to pack her bags. Later, Caroline gets the shock of her life when Maya shows up unexpectedly at a company meeting.

Q: To whom can I write to indicate my displeasure with the new character, Bishop, on "NCIS"? I feel her character just doesn't blend in as did Ziva.

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

A great number of fans are having trouble coming to terms with Bishop's presence on the team, perhaps in part because it represents Ziva's absence. The latter character, played by Cote de Pablo, was a beloved fixture on a beloved show. So you're not alone in wanting to express displeasure.

To do so, the official CBS address for letters is:

Q: What is the story behind the bust of JFK in the secretary of state's office on the show "Madam Secretary"?

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

There doesn't seem to be a particular story, except that the show has taken great pains to make the sets look authentic.

Former State Department staffer Tara Sonenshine watched the pilot episode of "Madam Secretary" alongside "Washington Post" journalist Emily Heil and vouched for the authenticity of the sets, particularly the secretary of state's offices.

The 37th Annual Kennedy Center Honors, on CBS

Stephen Colbert hosts as prominent performers are recognized for their contributions to American culture. This year’s honorees are singer Al Green, actor Tom Hanks, ballerina Patricia McBride, singer-songwriter Sting and comedienne Lily Tomlin.

Q: A few years ago, Al Pacino did a terrific job on Shakespeare's "Richard III." I haven't seen it broadcast since, and it's not available on DVD. Will it ever be re-shown?

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

One might say, then, that you're "Looking for Richard"? One might say that because that is the name of Pacino's film version of "Richard III," and because one is very funny.

"Looking for Richard" (1996) is a peculiar sort of film, which might explain why it's so hard to find. It's not a film version of the play, but rather a sort of cinematic love letter to it and to Shakespeare in general.

State of Affairs, on NBC

Katherine Heigl leads the cast as Charleston Tucker, a CIA analyst who's responsible for assembling the President's (Alfre Woodard) Daily Briefing. In a rebroadcast of this debut episode, Charleston marks the first anniversary of the death of her fiancé.
