Q: Why can't I find the series finale of "The Jeffersons" anywhere?

Because there isn't one -- not really, anyway.

After 11 award-winning, groundbreaking seasons, CBS pulled the plug on "The Jeffersons" in 1985, reportedly due to low ratings, without even notifying the cast.

Sherman Hemsley and Isabel Sanford (who had previously debuted title characters George and Louise Jefferson on "All in the Family") heard about it through the newspaper, along with the rest of the country.

The Bachelorette, on ABC

Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe host as Season 18's bachelorette Michelle Young whittles her way through the men hoping to be Mr. Right. This long-running series spinoff, like the original, features a new star and new contestants every season.

Q: Something has always bugged me about "Gremlins": If water makes them multiply, why doesn't it happen when they're out in the snow? Didn't the director think of that?

It seems that Joe Dante (known for previously helming 1981's "The Howling") and writer Chris Columbus (who would go on to direct the first three Harry Potter movies) didn't notice this. In their defense, though, a mogwai is just about the most complicated and high-maintenance Christmas present in history, so there's a lot to keep track of.

NCIS, on CBS

Now in its 19th season, this procedural drama follows a group of highly trained special agents as they track down criminals involved in crimes involving military personnel. Wilmer Valderrama, Sean Murray, Diona Reasonover and Katrina Law star.

We've seen cake and cupcake competitions, dessert-making contests and shows that combine cake displays with pumpkin carving, but what about all the other foods? (Won't somebody please think of cheese and veggies!)

Succession, on HBO

The battle for power continues in another new episode of this hit series. Kendall (Jeremy Strong) double-crossed his father and founding Waystar Royco CEO Logan Roy (Brian Cox) at the beginning of the season. Sarah Snook and Kieran Culkin also star.
