The Master
Freddie is a Second World War veteran who cannot seem to find a place for himself in a post-war society. One night while he is drunk and looking for a place to sleep, Freddie meets Dodd, the leader of a philosophical movement called “The Cause.” Dodd takes Freddie under his wing and the two travel together, spreading Dodd’s doctrine.
