The Last Stand
When powerful and dangerous drug lord Gabriel Cortez makes a daring escape from the courthouse, he heads straight for Mexican border town Sommerton Junction. Though reluctant to get involved, Owens braces his staff for a faceoff with Cortez and his henchmen, who have left a trail of casualties in their wake.

Side Effects
After her husband is released from prison, where he served a four-year sentence, Emily Taylor begins to suffer from severe depression and attempts to take her own life. The Bold and the Beautiful
Bill sets his plan in motion as he orchestrates a run-in between between Maya and her ex-boyfriend Jesse, who unsuccessfully offers to take her away with the money he received from Alison. Later, Caroline and Jesse's hopes are dashed further when they witness an intimate moment between Rick and Maya. Meanwhile, Liam looks forward to romance with Steffy as he lights candles and gets the barbecue ready to go. Hope tells Brooke that Oliver is a wonderful guy but she's not ready yet when her mother urges her to seek love again. Donna continues to berate Brooke into telling the truth about her night of passion with Bill, but instead Brooke devises a new plan to conceal her indiscretion. Taylor tells Eric how grateful she is for all of the love and support he has shown to her and her family.
Days of Our Lives
Rafe's life hangs in the balance when he's viciously assaulted in an alley. Will and Sonny point the finger at Nick, while Kate confronts Stefano believing he was behind the attack. Gabi is faced with a tough decision when Rafe takes a turn for the worse, while Hope discovers evidence that may connect EJ to the attack. Meanwhile, Chad lays it all on the line when he asks Abigail if they have any chance together. John makes a clean break from a crushed Marlena and continues his dangerous game of cat and mouse with Kristen. JJ breaks something of Daniel's and pretends it was an accident after he sees him kissing his mom. Later, Nick's troublesome past finally catches up with him when he and Gabi are held at gunpoint.

Luke fights with personal demons from his past, while Felix comes to suspect that Britt is up to something.

Adam evades answering Victor when he asks where the money to privatize Newman Enterprises is coming from. Chelsea is about to tell Dylan he's not the baby's father, but she holds back when he reveals sketches of a cradle he wants to make and of the nursery he wants to build for the child. Meanwhile, Tyler has a breakdown when he visits his mother's grave with Leslie. Lauren asks Michael if he can really blame her for having an affair, but she's adamant they can work things out if they try. Believing Chloe was involved in the burglary of Neil's apartment, Alex arrests her. Kevin calls Michael in to help and a court hearing is arranged. Kyle tells Summer he can't take her to the prom because he's over 21. Fen asks her to go with him, but Summer turns him down confident that she'll be able to get Kyle with a little more effort.
