Q: Can you tell me who plays Valerie in "Berlin Station" and why I might know her?

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

"The Killing" is a pretty cool reason -- Forbes was praised for her performance in the first season of the AMC crime drama, which Variety critic Brian Lowry called a "grim, absorbing show," adding that Forbes's performance was "especially good."
