Q: Where did "Pit Bulls and Parolees" go? I'm missing the whole gang, two- and four-legged!

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

It's a little early to be worrying about "Pit Bulls and Parolees" -- its 13th season ended in late March, but there's no reason to believe it won't have another, most likely later this year.

Animal Planet shows don't obey the normal rules of TV scheduling. Because the cable channel doesn't operate on a seasonal rotation like broadcast networks do, it needs new content year-round. And because its content is exclusively of the reality/documentary variety, it can crank it out relatively quickly.
