I can tell you he's a classically trained actor who was nominated for a Tony Award for best actor before anyone had even heard of him on TV. I can tell you that he and Mark Harmon go back much further than their 12 years together on "NCIS." And I can tell you that his real name isn't Rocky.

The Last Full Measure

Thirty-two years after William H. Pitsenbarger (Irvine), a U.S. Air Force pararescueman, put his life on the line to save more than 60 men during the Vietnam War, his rescue partner (Hurt) and parents submit a request for a Medal of Honor to be awarded in his name. Pentagon worker Scott (Stan) is tasked with investigating the request and proceeds to interview the veterans saved by Pitsenbarger's actions during the war. His investigation takes an unexpected turn when questions arise concerning why it took so long for Pitsenbarger's deeds to be recognized, and Scott begins the search for a different kind of truth.
