Q: I heard Jerry Seinfeld has a new series, but I can't find it anywhere on TV. What's up with that?

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

The reason you can't find it is because it's not on TV.

Jerry Seinfeld's latest series isn't airing on TV, the medium that made him a megastar, but on the Internet. "Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee," which is exactly what the title states, is produced in part by Crackle.com, a site that offers films, television and some original series content online.

Seinfeld's series can be watched online on Crackle.com or on the aptly named ComediansInCarsGettingCoffee.com.

Fringe, on Fox

The team prepares to protect the world from the Observers in the fifth and final season of "Fringe." The network renewed the fan-favorite sci-fi series after last season's shocking finale, giving the show one more chance to wrap up plotlines.

In the heart of Manhattan runs the famous Park Avenue, the home of some of the most desirable -- and most expensive -- real estate in the country. As the thousands of cars whiz along the 140-foot-wide boulevard every day, few commuters are aware of the fact that they're passing what may be New York City's most ominous address: the apartments at 666 Park Ave.

TV viewers can be a fickle bunch, and nowhere is that more apparent than with reality TV. While some shows explode onto the scene and become virtual prime-time fixtures, others simply fade away into obscurity. One show that's held a loyal following for years is CBS's "The Amazing Race," and it's about to kick off its 21st season on Sunday, Sept. 30.

Q: Do you know when the third seasons of "Early Edition," "Once and Again" and "Third Watch" will be released? I heard that the "Third Watch" delay may be due to music rights, but I'm not sure.

You've hit upon a strange phenomenon where all three of these shows stalled at Season 3 on DVD. It appears to be just a coincidence, though, as the reasons given for the delays are different.

Warner Home Video owns the rights to "Third Watch," and the company confirmed your suspicion during an online chat hosted on HomeTheaterForum.com.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, on NBC

In the wake of last season's explosive finale, Captain Cragen is under suspicion of murder in this two-hour season premiere. Paget Brewster guest stars as the head of the DA’s Public Integrity Unit, who must handle the case against Cragen.
