Q: Has anyone ever remade "The Birds"?

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

Not exactly, and not for lack of trying. I say "not exactly" because there was actually a sequel to 1963's "The Birds" made in 1994 and promptly forgotten by everyone, including the director.

"The Birds II: Land's End" was a made-for-TV movie aired by Showtime, before it was putting a lot of money into its original productions.

Under the Dome, on CBS

With new threats arising all the time, the inhabitants of Chester's Mill have been forced to adapt since being cut off from the rest of the world by a giant transparent dome. Based on the Stephen King novel, the series stars Mike Vogel, Rachelle Lefevre and Dean Norris.

Duck Dynasty, on A&E

All season, John Luke has been preparing to marry Mary Kate and it looks like the big day has arrived in this season finale. The hit reality TV series follows the lives of the wealthy but humble Robertson family, who made their fortune thanks to a best-selling duck call.

Q: Is Adam Baldwin from "The Last Ship" related to the famous Baldwin brothers?

Author:
Adam Thomlison / TV Media

No he's not, and he'd probably resent the suggestion.

Adam Baldwin, a mainstay of sci-fi TV who has appeared on "Chuck," "Firefly" and now on TNT's "The Last Ship," is also a mainstay of the online political conversation, much like fellow actor (but not family member) Alec Baldwin.

Our Little Family, on TLC

Dan and Michelle adopt a healthier lifestyle with Jack and twins Cece and Cate when the Hamill family returns in this season premiere. All of the Hamills have achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism, and together they face life’s challenges with a positive attitude.
