The plot they uncover, though, turns out to far more sinister and close to home than any of them could have imagined.

Nicole gets an apology from Zende for not being more supportive of her decision to help Rick and Maya. Sasha gets comfortable at the Forrester mansion and spends some time with the family's matriarch. Zende struggles with conflicting feelings for both Nicole and Sasha. Later, Nicole's hopes come true. Brooke sees a much different side of Katie and Bill during a display of generosity, however, an unfortunate misunderstanding only adds fuel to the fire between feuding sisters Brooke and Katie.

While Theresa tells Anne she wants to investigate Summer, Victor gets an anonymous tip about Summer's dark past. Justin advises Victor to let go of his vendetta against Deimos. Kate suggests to Deimos that they elope in Las Vegas, but Deimos insists that she sign a pre-nup. After being kidnapped and brainwashed, Paul gets some help from Marlena to cope with the stress. Victor then warns Chelsea of the price for disloyalty. Victoria finds herself strongly attracted to Travis when she meets him at the bar, but their meeting is being spied on by a PI hired by Luca. When Meredith introduces herself to Nikki, Nikki warns her that Victor only does what's in his best interest.
