Q: I was just wondering, does "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" ever go back to visit the families who have been chosen to get makeovers to see if they are taking care of the houses?

First of all, it depends which version you're talking about. "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" just got a high-profile reboot on HGTV this past winter -- that one hasn't had time to do any revisiting.

But the original version, which ran for nine mega-smash seasons on ABC from 2003 to 2012, did go back to revisit families pretty frequently, but maybe not in the way you're thinking.

Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson (Shemar Moore) leads a specialized tactical unit in Los Angeles in this drama. He utilizes his skills as a former Marine while attempting to bridge the gap between the place he grew up, and his team in blue.

The Shawshank Redemption, on AMC

When a banker (Tim Robbins) is wrongfully convicted of murder and sent to prison for life, he befriends a fellow inmate (Morgan Freeman), winning the favor of the corrupt warden and other prisoners in this celebrated Stephen King adaptation.

Actually, a sequel came and went without you knowing, and that may be because it didn't use the first movie as a starting point at all.
