The cast of “Revenge”
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. At least that's according to the oft-paraphrased idiom from English playwright and poet William Congreve's 1697 tragedy "The Mourning Bride."
Another saying is that revenge is a dish best served cold. That's true enough, unless of course you're talking about ABC's hit drama "Revenge," in which case it's a dish that's sizzling hot.
Though she was indeed poised to be "the next big thing" in North America when she did "The Da Vinci Code" in 2006, Audrey Tautou was already a pretty big thing in her native France, and she still is.
She became a household name there after her appearance in the title role of the 2001 film "Amélie," one of the most successful French films in recent years.
Check out the series premiere of this new teen drama. Set in the future, many years after our planet suffered a nuclear Armageddon, the show follows a group of 100 young people who are sent back to Earth to test whether or not the planet is ready to be re-inhabited.
Andy Samberg stars as Det. Jake Peralta in a new episode of this Golden Globe-winning comedy. Capt. Ray Holt (Andre Braugher) leads a team of quirky, eccentric officers at New York's 99th precinct as they hunt down criminals.
She did indeed go uncredited for her narration work in "Cinderella" (1950), but Disney fans still know Betty Lou Gerson.
That's because her name was attached to her even bigger role, the voice of the great cartoon villain Cruella De Vil in "101 Dalmatians" (1961). (She also voiced the much smaller role of Miss Birdwell in the same film.)
It makes sense that the actress is best remembered for her voice work, since she started on the radio.
Josh Holloway stars as Gabriel Vaughn, a skilled intelligence operative enhanced by the super-computer microchip in his brain, in this new episode. Vaughn works for the formidable Lillian Strand (Marg Helgenberger), head of the United States Cyber Command.

'When' in Coal Valley: The Hallmark Channel's foray into scripted series has been a successful one, and its second scripted show is expanding its already stellar cast.

I want to start by wishing everyone a happy Presidents Day because it seems like the right thing to do, even though none of you are actually presidents.
I spent my Presidents Day the same way I always do. I spent it quietly hating everyone who has the day off today.

Many sci-fi shows over the years have explored the nature of humanity in unconventional ways. Sci-fi as a genre allows people to explore possibilities and delve into what society could be like if pushed to the limit, without actually descending into the madness that so often accompanies it.
Rumors are swirling that this new episode will be the first to reference Red John (Xander Berkeley) since Jane's (Simon Baker) mortal enemy was vanquished. Jane and most of the former C.B.I team continue to use his skills to solve crimes across the country.
