Hassan Haji (Dayal) and his family, uprooted from their native India, re-establish themselves in a charming village in the south of France. With Hassan’s extraordinary culinary abilities in mind, the family launches an Indian restaurant, which happens to be located directly across the street from a Michelin-starred French restaurant run by the haughty Madame Mallory (Mirren). While at first she loudly opposes the Maison Mumbai’s presence a mere 100 feet from her own establishment, even Madame Mallory must soon come to recognize Hassan’s incredible potential as a chef.

Everyone, except for Quinn, is invited to Thanksgiving Dinner at the Forrester Mansion. Rick temporarily sets his animosity for Ridge aside for Eric's sake. Hope continues the tradition she started last year in which everyone around the table says something nice about the person next to them. Having been placed strategically around the table, not everyone is enthusiastic about continuing this tradition.
