Four-foot-10 star Danny DeVito comes by his height naturally -- no special effects required. But you're right that it's more than a matter of him just being short.

He was born with Fairbank's disease, known medically as multiple epiphyseal dysplasia, a genetic condition that affects bone growth.

He says that his height undoubtedly affected his career trajectory in Hollywood -- that, essentially, some roles go to the short guy, and other ones just don't.

Tensions are still high along the Russian-Ukrainian border, but this morning, Vladimir Putin said that Moscow is ready for talks with NATO. Putin says Russia is ready to discuss "confidence-building measures." I like that Putin says he needs more confidence. More confidence, like he's a guy who wears a T-shirt into the hotel swimming pool or something.
