Young, film-obsessed Danny Madigan in the 1993 kid-friendly exploder "Last Action Hero" was played by Austin O'Brien, who had a pretty good run as a child actor, though he's had less success as an adult.

"Last Action Hero" was actually his second notable appearance. He had a role in the cult-favorite horror film "The Lawnmower Man," released a year earlier, and returned for its sequel in 1996.

Q: Was the beer drinking real in "How I Met Your Mother"?

A: It's unlikely that "How I Met Your Mother's" cast members ever consumed actual alcohol on film, for the simple reason that they had work to do.

Just about every scene of any show is shot multiple times, sometimes dozens, until the actors get it exactly right -- that means multiplying the amount of whatever the actors are drinking, too. Even the "legendary" Barney Stinson himself couldn't keep that up (let alone Neil Patrick Harris, the actor who played him).

To paraphrase a rather famous marketing slogan: It isn't easy being cheesy. Well, as Sarah Sharratt is discovering in her new French home, that saying isn't exactly true in every country.
