Isn't It Romantic

Architect Natalie's (Wilson) life is turned upside down after a nasty blow to the head knocks her unconscious. She wakes up to discover that her world seems to have been transformed into a cinematic romantic comedy, with Blake (Hemsworth), an incredibly handsome rich man, fawning over her, a closet filled to the brim with stylish shoes, and a gay best friend at her beck and call. With no one else noticing how strange the world has become, Natalie deduces that the only way to get things back to normal is to "get the guy," and she sets out to start a whirlwind romance with Blake that she hopes will end in a happily ever after.
