The Roloff family will almost certainly come back -- TLC promised us as much. But there will be fewer of them when they return for their 14th season of "Little People, Big World."

At the end of Season 13 last summer, Jeremy Roloff announced on social media that he, his wife, Audrey, and their daughter, Ember, would not be returning to the show.

It was a sad bit of news for fans who had watched him grow up since he was a teenager -- he was just 15 when the show premiered in 2006 -- and who looked forward to seeing Ember do the same.

However, there was some good news mixed in there: his post confirmed that another season was coming. "We will still be supporting the family as they carry the #LPBW ["Little People, Big World"] torch onward," he wrote. "This is a decision concerning Audrey and me specifically -- the show must go on!"

Of course, it's not just up to the family -- they need the network on board as well. Fortunately, TLC is happy to keep airing its network-defining hit.

"We wish Jeremy, Audrey, and Ember the best," the network said in response to Jeremy's post, "and are excited to continue to keep up with other members of the Roloff family when 'Little People, Big World' returns next year."

That was written in July, so "next year" covers a lot of ground. The network has yet to announce a premiere date, but it seems likely to be soon -- the last couple of seasons premiered in April or May.

But if the show doesn't satisfy your craving for Roloff news, you should consider following them on Instagram. Many of the Roloffs post prolifically on the photo-based platform, and Jeremy has continued posting updates from his family even though they've left the show.
