A tale of two terrors: Twisted, scary and off the wall, but also oh so entertaining. FX's "American Horror Story" would feel right at home with any of those descriptions hovering over it. No doubt, so would pop music superstar Lady Gaga.

Last night, Alejandro González Iñárritu won Best Director and Best Picture for “Birdman.” I don't have a joke here, I just wanted to impress you with my sensual pronunciation of "Alejandro González Iñárritu."

 

During her acceptance speech last night, Patricia Arquette did call for equal pay for women. Then, Oprah stood up and said: "She's right, I can't live like this."

The Bold and the Beautiful

Maya becomes completely fed up with her sister overstaying her welcome at the Forrester Mansion, and she insists that Nicole pack up and leave. Nicole refuses to give in, though, and shows up uninvited to a photo shoot and causes trouble for the lead model. Later, Maya has Carter investigate Nicole, and he comes across some information that Nicole has been hiding from her sister. Maya soon confronts Nicole about the true reason she came to Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Katie and Bill are concerned for Brooke after her behavior at the wedding, and they check in on her to make sure she hasn't spiraled out of control. Brooke is shaken by the visit and the stories from their honeymoon, which makes it even harder for her to maintain her sobriety. Wyatt urges Quinn not to rush into marriage when he sees how excited his mother is about marrying Deacon. Wyatt questions whether or not Deacon is really devoted to Quinn and voices concern over his history.

Days of Our Lives

Both Eve and Paige are drawn to JJ when he takes part in a music showcase. Later, Paige becomes curious when she finds JJ alone with Eve. Paige struggles with a difficult decision when JJ implores her to forgive him. Kate, Stefano and Chad each vie for control of the company at the DiMera board meeting, and they anxiously await the board's decision. Theresa is floored when Clint returns to Salem. Brady has some questions for Melanie regarding her time in Europe. Justin and Adrienne get into a huge argument right before must leave the country again. Will tells Tori that she must get Paul out of Salem, or else he will expose who Paul's father is. Having just had a confrontation with Serena about the Elephant statues, Nicole shares a close moment with Daniel.

General Hospital

After Julian orders a hit, he welcomes someone new into the fold of his organization. Duke puts Jordan to the test, and later has a serious conversation with Lucy about their relationship. Meanwhile, Morgan and Kiki set the wheels turning in their plot against Michael. After Jake comes face-to-face with Sonny, Carly delivers some news to him regarding Elizabeth. Later, Jake goes to Elizabeth to provide comfort. Nathan issues Spinelli an ultimatum after Maxie makes her confession. Sabrina is suspicious when she overhears a phone call, while Cameron is distraught over his actions. Lulu and Tracy meet with a relative of Luke's. Nina and Franco are each faced with some tough choices.

The Young and the Restless

Mariah and Summer get into a tense argument, but Kevin tries to calm them down so they can work together to figure out who the murderer is. Later, Kevin is shocked by some information he finds when he hacks into Austin's computer. Kyle warns Abby that people may suspect her if she continues to be so jumpy. Stitch tells Kelly that everything will work out for her when she leans on him for support. Sharon tells Noah that things have improved between her and Nick and that she hopes Summer can someday forgive her. Victor brings his mysterious accomplice up to speed on their plan. Tensions rise between Cane and Lily, while Hilary checks on Devon and tells him it's their fault that he's started drinking again. Soon thereafter, Hilary gets an earful from Cane, and then Lily tears into her as well for her betrayal. Avery is shocked when Joe asks her for legal help. Dylan questions his intentions, but Joe insists that his actions will speak for themselves.

Say Yes to the Dress, on TLC

Brides invite viewers to share the excitement of their search for the perfect wedding dress in this new episode. The women try on a variety of gowns, from traditional lacy white to bombshell mermaid dresses in the hopes of finding just the right look.
