You have nothing to worry about, unless your main reason for watching the show was one particular devious maid, played by Edy Ganem.

Lifetime will premiere the show's third season on June 1 (which means a shift to Monday nights). However, a number of sources online are reporting that Edy Ganem, who plays Valentina, and Drew Van Acker, who plays her boyfriend Remi, will no longer be regulars on the show. They will return for "multiple episodes" next season, according to the anonymous inside source quoted by Deadline.com.

This is likely related to the fallout from last season, which ended with gunfire at Rosie's wedding. According to a Lifetime release, "Valentina and Remi struggle to connect in the aftermath of the shooting."

All of this could mean a lot of things. Returning for "multiple episodes" could mean that Valentina and Remi become part-time characters on the show, or it could mean they come back for a few episodes before being written off entirely.

It's also possible that Ganem's character is being written off because she wants out. Support for this theory comes from the fact that she's the star of two films being released this year alone: the big-screen comedy "Ana Maria in Novela Land" that came out earlier this year and the dramatic thriller "Tattooed Love," which is due out in the summer.

Casting changes often work both ways -- as some stars leave, new ones arrive. In this case, a number of new actors have signed up for season 3 of "Devious Maids."

The most notable is John O'Hurley. There's no word on who he'll play, but it's almost beside the point -- the most exciting part is that it marks a reunion between him and his former "All My Children" co-star Susan Lucci, who's starred on "Devious Maids" since the beginning. Indeed, O'Hurley already posted a photo to Twitter of the two of them together on set.

Granted, O'Hurley was only on "AMC" for a few episodes, but he and Lucci are soap opera vets who've been traveling in the same circles for years.

Other notables joining the "Devious Maids" cast include former "Glee" star Naya Rivera (she played Santana for all six years of the show's run) and Gilles Marini, who played Dante in the 2008 "Sex and the City" movie.
